Shipping and Refund Policys

1- Shipping:

- Products are shipped in 2-5 Working days Expect public holidays

- Shipping Company will contact you to arrange it before arrival.

 

2- Exchange and Refund Policys

- Exchange is allowed through the Store according to availability.

- Orders are delivered completely sealed (you can open it in front of the shipping representative to make sure it is not damaged and check the size and color)
- In the event that you receive any damaged product, or the order data has been different, such as (size, color, model), you can not receive the shipment from the representative, and we will bear the full shipping cost.
- Refunds are strictly not allowed ( only in case of Faulty / Wrong Items )

- In the event of refusal to receive the order without any reasons, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanges.
- Customers are able to review their orders before receiving the products.
- In the event that the customer receives the order from the shipping representative after inspection, the product cannot be returned
